Dynamic pricing based on user behavior is already happening and has for many years.

Prices on hotels, car rentals, airline tickets, etc. vary based on browser, location, how many times you've looked up prices and tons of other variables.

It's common knowledge in the industry that apple users (in general) for example are villing to pay more than other groups. Uber is also doing this to maximize earnings.

Tried this ~10 years ago for car rental overseas, the cheapest price was VPN into the destination country and an WinXP/IE user agent. Most expensive was VPN to a high cost country and a Mac/Safari user agent. IIRC it was a 2-3x increase in price.
