Just cut some comfrey and have it drying out a little bit on top of a trellis in the garden before I put it in the dehydrator. We are going to make some comfrey slave.

Question for others out there that use comfrey - when making salves do you use just the leaves or do you use the stems and flowers as well?

Any tips and tricks would also be great to know - this is our first time making a salve.
