Looks like Chicken of the Woods. If correct a fine eatable of choice mushroom.

this is almost certainly chicken of the woods - tho i don’t know where you live in the world. It normally grows out of a tree directly.

It’s edible, but I don’t like it very much. You have to pick them when they’re very young.
