depends what you define as no KYC

most ATMs here only require a phone number to receive a text code.

You could use a "good" texting app for free or use a burner number/prepaid sim

yes ive lived for for a handful of years and have family there. But not going to travel just for an ATM. I prefer to use BISQ for MUCH LOWER FEES and then use coinjoin and a mixing wallet.

we also allow NO KYC over the counter exchanges here. well not sure if they are officially allowed, but they are everywhere, just like cannabis lol up to 10 thousand dollars daily, no KYC. Gold or Cash.
