You don't need to supplement Vitamin D to feel good in the winter. In fact it could do more harm than good.

You should:

1. embrace cold

2. eat seasonally

3. prioritize outdoors time

4. embrace restorative cyclicality

Also just go outside naked (or close to naked to increase absorption surface area.
