Castelvetrano olives are the best. My only suggestion is to purchase with the pit. When they are pre-pitted they lose their firmness. You will enjoy them even more with the pit.

Wow, ironic that my favorite pickles respond to my post about my favorite olives. Bubbies are the bomb, recently I’ve really been digging the spicy ones.
