no clue 🤣

Drying weed🤷‍♂️

Ah thought it was salt

Ice increases trichomes after a grow https://growdiaries.com/journal/ice-water-trichomes

yes. for which purpose?

Increase potency?

Hash or CBD extraction. Trying to zap you but Alby (or noStrudel) is acting up. I'll try in a few minutes again or do it from the phone with WoS in a few. GG!

It's clear that we have professional farmers here 😂 🌲

I think my wallet providers don't like your wallet provider. Pushed it through now and you should have received it. I wonder if the other transactions from Alby will also go through once your Zeus comes online

Payments to zeuspay will sometimes show “invoice not paid” or “invoice delayed we’ll keep trying to deliver” because Zeus holds sats for you until you claim them. This allows payments when I’m offline

I did receive!

My only common sense is that maybe your replicating the winter snow to spring melt season by adding ice to the bottom.

that's an interesting thought but no 😉

Looks like you are trying to get some purple flowers.

"Treating a cannabis plant with dry ice is a method used to extract trichomes, which contain cannabinoids like THC and CBD, from the plant material. This process is commonly known as dry ice hash extraction or dry ice kief extraction.

The trichomes are the resin glands on the surface of the cannabis plant where cannabinoids, terpenes, and other compounds are produced. By using dry ice, which is solid carbon dioxide (CO2) at a very low temperature (-78.5 degrees Celsius or -109.3 degrees Fahrenheit), the trichomes become brittle and can be easily separated from the plant material."

I think there is some confusion here. What nostr:npub1lck4ea3wjk4tgxds0dhc57m4609nqeh6ufwxk39vurulxrzexq7ssjg5k4 said is correct. Low temperatures and darkness accelerate crystal production because the plant thinks it is going to die, so it gives it all it has for maximum production. But what you are describing is for the process of extracting the resin after the plant has been cut.

that's also one form of treatment. Some people would argue that you put the ice on the soil to purple the plant. Which isn't entirely wrong either but doesn't turn skunk into purple haze (for example). With the ice on the image the plant freezes from the roots through the stomp to the buds. similar and it also increases the trichomes.

do you think differently? I'm always open to get corrected or learn new things. 😉

I agree with what you said. With the exception of the purple family, some plants turn more purple than others with cold and darkness in the last days of flowering.

100%

Just to add that some people use air conditioning at the minimum temperature it can go, and/or Ripen (https://generalhydroponics.com/products/ripen/)

The plant is chilling out

The correct answer would be growers science (more like delusion)

Stress technique to increase trichome production
