It's a volunteer. I have lettuce growing all over the place. The greenhouse is actually just a modified hoop frame for vining things & shade cloth in late summer, so they are pretty free to wander. This one is right in my zucchini so I think I'm going to need to pick it before those take over.
ahh volunteers! they are just like nostriches..
if you are in a hot climate you could grow those lettuces during winter as well ?
we do that here in central Texas.
my garden is pretty crowded usually. i let them do land race. whoever wins is the stronger one!
