No, because Apple has an absolute right to set their own rules about what they allow in their “App Store”. Do I agree with them? Obviously not. Are they 100% wrong? 100% yes. Apple is a behemoth with many hires of inadequate people who can’t reason, but who fill their diversity quotas. It was probably someone like that who triggered this outrageous snd discriminatory FILTH.
it is not a commodity. if a value is placed on information then it is exchangeable. but bitcoin was never intended to be a literal financial system. it's a means of exchanging values - whatever values they are. information.

But the legal classification of Bitcoin is a commodity under the U.S. Commodity Exchange Act. Whether I agree with this is irrelevant.
