No, because Apple has an absolute right to set their own rules about what they allow in their “App Store”. Do I agree with them? Obviously not. Are they 100% wrong? 100% yes. Apple is a behemoth with many hires of inadequate people who can’t reason, but who fill their diversity quotas. It was probably someone like that who triggered this outrageous snd discriminatory FILTH.

it is not a commodity. if a value is placed on information then it is exchangeable. but bitcoin was never intended to be a literal financial system. it's a means of exchanging values - whatever values they are. information.

Bitcoin is absolutely speech. In my OP, I was referring to the legal classification, which is all Apple would care about. I definitely don’t believe Bitcoin is game tokens 😂

But the legal classification of Bitcoin is a commodity under the U.S. Commodity Exchange Act. Whether I agree with this is irrelevant.

The government classifies tomatoes as vegetables and a female marijuana plant with less than 0.3% THC as hemp. Both of these classifications are wrong, but crony corporations will side with the government because the government gives them their monopolies.

Dude I know it’s stupid, but to win in the government’s courts you have to play by the government’s rules. That’s what I love about Bitcoin. It doesn’t matter what the government says; they can’t stop it.
