The problem with coconut oil is it makes anything it touches taste like coconut :( Huge +1 for the other top contenders, though.

Yup. Between the three, it offers good optionality. I don't mind beef patties and mushrooms fried in coconut oil. I do that regularly.

The refined option doesn't have the coconut oil taste.
