This is a common problem with video encoding.. Some formats aren’t supported on mobile, some apps, etc..

Can you try encoding the video differently? Don’t use apple pro res. Try .mov instead of .mp4, etc.

Thank you for your answer! No problem, just to let you know. I don’t know how to do that 😫 it’s just a video downloaded from Tiktok.
