We ended up skipping the paella because we gorged on tapas. 😂

Skipping paellas is always wrong.

They had fried 🍆 with thyme and honey that was so delicious.

Eggplant is also very good sliced and cooked exactly like schnitzel. Do you have that in your cuisine?

I make it, sometimes. Or aubergine parmigiana.
