They had fried 🍆 with thyme and honey that was so delicious.

Eggplant is also very good sliced and cooked exactly like schnitzel. Do you have that in your cuisine?

Ooo, paella. I haven't had it in a long time, but I love some good paella. I used to be able to get some good paella when I lived in South Florida.
