I have slept with one of those cheap chinese water bed chilling pads for years until it broke last week.

It is too easy to add new things and never remove anything when #biohacking even if they aren't helping you any more, so I decided to try without it. One night without it I decided it really does improve my sleep enough to be worth it.

Sleeping like shit all week waiting for my new bedjet to arrive to replace it. I hope I haven't made a mistake switching to an air based system instead of a water filled pad.

Best change I ever made was stopping sleeping on cushiony things and just let the floor massage me while I rest. Major improvement in quality of sleep, limberness, and energy level

I have a sleep number bed and I like to vary it night to night depending on how I feel. Sometimes super soft so I almost hit bottom and sometimes maxed out which is about like a tatami mat or slightly harder.

When I bought mine they told me guys usually put it too firm. I’m slowly creeping up the scale, I think I’m over 50 rn.

When I bought mine they slowly turned it down while I laid on it and then told me the number when they saw me relax and said that was my number.

Then they said 100 always for "activities"

One of the major reasons I don't like excessively soft beds is because it makes "activities" a lot more cumbersome. 😂
