Brilliant idea, but need to think this through, like chambermaids will have more things to clean, no tips, some items missing, vandalism, higher water consumption, etc so maybe less taxes for the hotel as a trade-off

This is beneficial for both the hotel and the unhoused, as air-conditioning is centralized, so it's wasted energy if no one benefits from it, but water consumption will go up, as the unhoused might even do their laundry inside but still, this is a brilliant idea, although the rich hotel owners, being the usual Karens and Kens will not be so pleased

So government attempting to dictate how you use your private property? FUCK THAT! That is how you chase hotels out of the state.

yes, but if you think with your heart, when you go to sleep and know that you chose the hotel property over the unhoused, your heart will have a wound that will take eons to heal because whether you like it or not, not even a thread of those luxurious linen in your hotel rooms will you be able take with you when you die, or maybe death may even come sooner and yoiu'll die with a wounded heart but oh well, that's how most property owners think - business is business - I say no more

but as for me, it's really a brilliant idea

It just looks ridiculous because people were so used to using each other, not helping each other but had this helping each other practice been the culture for a long time, then the opposite, which is using and abusing each other would have been the eyebrow-raising idea
