It looks like two sides of the same coin because central banking is a marxist idea not a capitalist one. No one alive today has ever experienced a truly capitalist society because it requires a very scarce money as a backbone to make it possible.

Central banking steal property from the people and (unfairly) redistribute it, that's social ownership.
