I never give anyone my email. I give a simple login email that pgp's it on the way to me.
Avoid email wherever/whenever possible, but, God forbid (😂), if you're a PGP user and you want to email a ProtonMail user but you don't want to open a Proton account then you can pull your recipient's Proton PGP key by pasting the following into your browser: https://api.protonmail.ch/pks/lookup?op=get&search=
