C/C++ developers: noscrypt v0.1.4 just released (minor bug fixes)

noscrypt is a mostly portable C library that simplifies nostr specific cryptographic operations into a high level api, such as signing, verification, and of course encryption, without getting in your way. noscrypt is also the reference C implementation of nip44!
