Other suggestions I've seen were to block the text string "GM," (which would, of course block all those lovely, legit Good Mornings), and (perhaps better?) block "GM, from wss" instead.
I've done the latter (on Amethyst, with an entry in the "Security Filter"), and it seems helpful at the moment.
I've added 30 manual blocks to my list today!😜😳
