Seed stalks will form as the plant matures. You should be able to see the seeds. I let mine sit until they were nice and dry. The chickens started picking seeds off the stalks.

When y’all get some extra seed I’d be interested in a seed swap. I need some plantain for bug bite remedies.
Yeah, that would be a great idea. Hopefully we get lots of seeds from this patch.
