well what I did was stay up until 3 am and got 5 hours of sleep and was miserable all day until I took a nap at 6:30 pm and then didn’t sleep again until 1:30’am. So not that.

jk jk, I tried everything that usually works to help get me to sleep. I think I was just too anxious about having to be up.

I sometimes worry about the cure (side effects) being worse than the disease with medications like these. I’ll try limiting myself to 1 cup of coffee today and see if that works :)
