Sold one coin today to put a down payment on my house

Yes I know Bitcoin will keep going up much faster than a house

But I saved it and waited 2 cycles so I can finally escape the pod I've lived in for 20 years

I've never owned a bbq or had a yard or a garage

Congrats! My hope is to sell some sats in the future to an individual for his/her property. I hope to hold out until I can do this. But I’ve owned my homes for decades and it IS the best feeling! Happy for you!
