Then removed from follpw list.

After that, I started moving people from what Im following, to categorized lists. This makes my follow list a queue to try to get to zero.

My WoT is based on my algo, not basic follow/mute.

The tool could add them to a list of inactive follows and then if they become active again it could refollow.
