No it's not. Before I give my opinion I'd like to say that these foods are trash and should definitely be limited. To demonise specific foods for someone's lack of personal responsibility by eating this is intellectually lazy.

If someone were to eat withing their 'calorie budget' taking into consideration their daily expenditure then you definitely would NOT get fat.

Like with absolutely everything we consume the poison is in the dosage.

This is the propaganda lie told by big food companies. Humans are not closed thermodynamic systems, therefore applying the first law of thermodynamics to humans is reductionist nonsense and needs to stop.

Obviously higher quality foods are profoundly better but my point is that you aren't going to get fat if you were highly active and only ate once slice of this within the day and nothing else are you? And if there are people that do I'd love to pointed at some actual studies of them
