Cool! That is a nice start!

The sleep routine and tips that helped me to get a better sleep:

1️⃣ No coffee and alcohol in the afternoon.

2️⃣ Going to sleep at the same time before midnight.

3️⃣ Having phone free hour before sleep.

4️⃣ Having colder temperature in the bedroom.

5️⃣ Anchoring sleep in bed. (No phoning in bed, only sleeping)

I think it also helps to have a phone free hour before sleep, so I setup sleep mode for my phone, that shuts down every app at a specific time.

Also going to sleep at the same time each day
