I blocked and reported hundreds of on Telegram for this offence. Not sure if Telegram registers the reporting though.

When that first happened, I replied "?" and they went off on their sales pitch. For a while I would reply "State your cause" or something semi-rude, getting either no reply at all or a sales pitch. Now I just block and report. As NotBiebs said ... they are all scammers.
