Sure, I don't like sending/ recieving/ answering long personalized bday texts,
but in my relationships a quick "happy birthday mate" and a ❤ as an answer is a healthy interaction.
everyone has slightly different love languages though🤷♀️

A life hack given to me by my Nostr friends seems to be adding mate at the end.
I’m American so it’s not used here much but this may be the weird feature that makes it feel more adult.
Doesn’t change the fact that I just don’t see bdays as anything special for a grown man or woman. I just don’t.
