I don't know but I doubt that. It would be a feast for insurance fraud. "I got hacked... right after the boating accident I've already reported to you"
Fraud is a crime. If they are good they got that under control.

They would certainly make you sign that your coins never go on a boat and are in a multisig setup following such and such guidlines. With that the "I got hacked" card gets harder to play. You'd have to organize your own kidnapping or something.
I'll be fine even if they create a bunch of rules for me to follow.
I've had three miners approach my in the last 2 years. Last I checked, no. I don't think the insurers understand it yet. They finally came up with something in 2000 to address cyber liability.
BTW, Lloyd's would be the first to come up with a product.
How should they calculate the risk?
