Monero has a huge pump right now, presumably because of the biggest web black market (a Chinese one) being taken down and the people on it swapping their USDT to Monero before their funds get frozen.
Who knows how high it can go.

I kind of "feared" it would happen (inevitably). I charge all my customers in XMR and I like to see a progressive adoption of xmr as medium of exchange and see my holdings grow. But, high volatilities is kind of ruining my pricing and possibly my revenues (when the dump is coming).
Use the simple moving average.
