@damus tripped the wire when adding "onlyZaps" to posts. Guideline for "optional" 'tipping and donations' was broken.
Remember: Apple is a law firm that also makes hardware and software. They can't give an edge case the benefit of the doubt when they have literally gone to court over in-app currencies.
Also Remember that relying on a single appstore (damus is iOS only) is the antithesis of 'decentralized'.
Alternative open source sysyems like GrapheneOs in addition to progressive web apps are the only way forward for mobile.
"Guidelines" can change at any time.
We can also jailbreak iphones!
I did this with my first few iphones.
Obv I use CalyxOS now.

Damus can also promote jailbreak it's legal.
Maybe you should question why you're using a phone which you must jailbreak in the first place to use for the most important use cases.
