key, value pairs storage, like e.g. profile info, follows are stored? Mastodon has something that allows key, value pairs in profile info.
(free format storage for anything applications need; base64 encoded (?) values when needed, etc.)

I meant on Nostr. Which NIP?
Is this a global setup or each list will have their own keywords?
