The dystopian, post-modern US American bullshit culture has finally arrived at my doorstep 🤨

These are the bathrooms in the local youth center, you know, for kids and teenagers. Both rooms are now effectively male toilets, one also has pissoirs.

Imagine being a ten, eleven, twelve year old girl, you're already stressed and annoyed by what's happening with you and all you want is to have a safe space (first time I ever used this word unironically I think) for yourself and maybe your best friend for half an hour to deal with whats need to be dealt with. Then some weird dude walks in, whips out his schlong and takes a shit. Congrats bro, you feel better now? Much respected? So empowered?

They removed the gendered bathrooms to be 'more inclusive' ... Listen... You have dick or no dick, there is the dick room for those with dicks and the no dick room for those without. Very, very simple concept. It even leaves some wiggle room for those who 'adjust' themselves. On top of that you can claim anything about yourself you can possibly think of. You have a problem with that, go write a sad poem and get your head checked by a professional, nothing wrong about that. You're not alone. But that's the point, you're not alone on this planet and you never will be. You find peace only within yourself, nobody can hand it to you. You need to get that narcissism and entitlement out of your system.

I blame everyone involved in the chain of decision making, the parents, big pharma and of course Mtv.

Has anyone asked the kids how they feel? Just from a UX perspective this looks extremely confusing.

How do women feel about this?

The problem with asking people directly is that they probably feel coerced to give the “correct” answer and are afraid of what would happen if they said how they really feel.

Ok, survey?

Depends on how you conduct the survey but basically same problem. They’ve done some research I think is legit with white and black interviewers getting different responses from white and black respondents depending on who was asking

Survey not interview

Yeah but who will conduct the survey, you’ll have inbuilt bias from that point. Could try to use an anonymous one but then you might have a lot of noise or active sabotage
