How do you change your default zap client?

For example, whenever I zap people it automatically leads me to Speed Wallet.

But if I wanted to zap someone using Cash App/Mutiny/River, etc., the option no longer comes up.

How do I do this?

Can't figure it out/find it in settings.

Any help is appreciated/zapped!
