As a survivor of a communist regime, I am telling you this: the only place on Earth where there's no communism is where you receive NOTHING from any government.
If a government is "giving" you something, it means that "something" was stolen from somebody else.
Even the muricans are living in a communist regime, no matter how proud they are about the "land of the free"... they are just getting drunk with water. Where is a government, there's communism.
The only true capitalism is anarcho-capitalism.
The topic of communism is a bit simplistic, but I understand what you mean. To a greater or lesser extent, it can be seen that way
