I've set up Amber for the signer, Amethyst as the client, obtaining an LN URL now seems like a challenge more than it used to be.
Get Alby is invite only and WoS now wants an email, ten LN transactions and 100,000 on chain sats....
Non-custodial is obviously the way just unsure on the LN URL situation and the fees to open a channel is OK for me but a barrier for new users as you say.
Luckily we had an old WoS account on another phone set up a while ago so he's got that.
