- Circadian Rhythm / never miss a sunrise again, ultraviolet light is critical to mitochondria function (listen to Dr. Jack Kruse and similar speakers on how important natural light is)
- verify your beef source is not using mRNA vaccines on the cows (they have now developed the ability for the mRNA to pass through the gut and still deliver the dose)
