There's probably shelters, just like everywhere else.
It is hard / cold enough being homless in the midwest. You would die overnight in Greenland
I would imagine that most stay in shelters during the colder months. I'm not an expert on homelessness in the Artic so I can't really say how it works. But I know there is homelessness in the Artic.
