So wait… instead of margarine they could have just added some olive oil to butter this whole time? Thinking of all those hydrogenated oils I ate as a kid 😭

Some olive oil is so highly processed that it’s nearly identical to seed oils

Yea I’m sure they’re not using the good evoo stuff. Still, an improvement on “I Can’t Believe it’s not Butter”
