I ran a trail 25k today and got these adorable "medals" (one for finishing, one for an age group award) made by local Girl Scouts. It was so much fun! Twisty course with just enough rolling hills to give you constant momentum, and random sleet squalls off and on to keep things interesting on an otherwise cool and cloudy day. Thankful for my body that it can do these things and the amazing trail running community. 💜 #grownostr #runstr
