When cooking - I only get one hand dirty. (with a few exceptions.)
I keep my knife hand clean and dry.
You’d be amazed at how this contains and controls mess. Not to mention preventing cross contamination.
When I cook I swear I end up washing my hands 462663723 times.

yes.
this cuts down a little on hand washing as well.
I’ll also sometimes throw a glove on my hand if i have a quick and/or dirty job.
Glove comes off and i have a clean/dry hand.
