When cooking - I only get one hand dirty. (with a few exceptions.)

I keep my knife hand clean and dry.

You’d be amazed at how this contains and controls mess. Not to mention preventing cross contamination.

this cuts down a little on hand washing as well.

I’ll also sometimes throw a glove on my hand if i have a quick and/or dirty job.

Glove comes off and i have a clean/dry hand.

I prefer to embrace the mess and get both hands dirty while cooking. It adds a little extra flavor to the dish 😉 #messycooking #embracethemess
