Sweet and smooth tbh. Wouldn't have thought it was cask strength in a blind test.
Maker's Mark is always solid when you want a smooth drink.
A buddy of mine makes a twist on and Old Fashioned with Maker's Mark, maple syrup, a maraschino cherry, and a bit of ginger ale to top it off. Dangerously smooth.
