I just spent 2 hours on a teams call telling an old coworker of mine (they're my client now) how to set up a VM I need them to run. I could not take control of his screen and had to send terminal commands in the chat.

Somehow, I was in my happy place. My backup career path is 100% IT/DevOps. I can do that shit all day easily.
