While I see the point your trying to make the fact remains that nostr is mainly built BY BITCOINERS, not regular everyday people.
Thus, not alot of regular everyday people are here and are using things like threads and bluesky.
TBH nothing fun to join. This place has failed and not gonna succeed. Smart and experienced devs don’t want to touch it by the reason! It’s will be echo chamber forever

It’s not about nostr clients! The whole thing is being build poorly ! You are exposing yourself to the whole internet ! Privacy sucks! Relays are centralized and most of them are hosted in AWS ! Media is also hosted on centralized servers! Nostr is shit! Money laundering scheme for open sats and Jack Dorsey

I used to have somewhat of a similar attitude...
(Still do on some subjects, but that's for another time maybe)
My point is that you have to opt into privacy and decentralization.
Theres some work involved to get them and solve your concerns with nostr. Im still figuring it out too but privacy and decentralization are not just given to you.... because you're here.
The only thing that is given to you just for being here.... is your digial freedom of speech.
You can post anything you want to here, but will suffer the social consequences of such.

Privacy should be default! Relays should be dump and not logging IPs be default as well! The media you share is stored on primal or nostr build AWS rented servers. It’s will be wiped out within seconds when Bezos will say so! There is no key management on nostr and your “digital freedom speech” is pointless once your keys are compromised. It’s a shity protocol with a bunch of simp retards on here.
