I want to start slowly moving out of my current fiat job and into the Bitcoin and freedom tech industry. Unfortunately I am not a dev but I am very motivated and willing to get involved.

Does anyone have any advice on how to start approaching it?

Start a business that accepts Bitcoin. I'm seriously considering starting a Kombucha nano brewery and selling Kombucha on tap at markets and food van events. I'm hoping someone is working on a nostr loyalty app.

Starting your own business as to be the goal, it's clear. In this note I was meaning how to work with/for someone that's already in these areas to grow, learn and be helpful

I don't have a computer science degree, so I took tests to become CompTIA A+ certified and I am learning Python in my spare time. It is a long road, but I have progressed much. I have a second interview with a fiat job in a tech role today. That should give me experience to work at a Bitcoin company when a job opens up. And in the meantime I'll continue to attend BitDevs and help with Bitcoin-related open source projects to network and build my resume.

Bitcoin companies also hire content creators, that's how my friend got hired. You could start a blog that educates readers about freedom tech.

I was thinking about this

I feel like he only wrote 5 blogposts but they were well researched and well written. He also went to meetups and met some influential people. But it worked great for him.

Thank you for the advice
