Been working on building this custom chicken coop for months now. Still working out some details on how to build the nesting box so that the eggs roll out into a collection bin. 🤔 Hoping to finish up in the next couple weeks so the ladies can move in before it gets to hot in their currently over-cramped coop.

Free range chickens still ?
They roam free during the day and get put in a smaller pre-fab coop at night. We lost our first flock to raccoons so working on getting them a little more room to roam while still being protected.
I'll be honest, I know they're expensive, but the pre-built roll away egg nest boxes will be worth your while.
