I like Bitcoin and Lightning... But if no one takes it then what's the point? It's essentially a pyramid scheme until it goes mainstream. I have used it ONCE to pay for a meal. There's nothing near me for 100 miles that takes it aside from weird Hookah bars, hostels, and other assorted weird businesses.

When is Square/CashApp gonna add Lightning to their POS? That alone would onboard half of San Francisco.

Imagine thinking it needs to go mainstream... I think the problem here is your financial privilege. 🙄

We don't need to rely on Square or CashApp to transfer value.

Also, I don't think you know what a pyramid scheme is...🤣
