I pan cook a whole pack (1 lb i think) of this good regenerative ground beef/organs seasoned with garlic and whatever else.
Then what’s left after the first meal goes in the fridge, and later i throw some in a mini cast iron with a bit of tallow first, and then crack in/mix around a couple of eggs
I’m not carnivore or keto so i usually have some greens or quinoa or roasted veggies with it too
