In a hard shell taco ๐ŸŒฎ

Bacon and sunny side up egg on a cheeseburger

My favorite way? It's not carnivore...

Brown your ground beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and soy sauces. Pour grease over a bowl of jasmine rice, dump the ground beef over the top of that. Add some butter on top. Crack an egg or two over the top. Mix and eat.

๐Ÿ˜…

Carnivore is not a requirement haha. I love rice and this sounds great ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿซ‚

I'll probably cook the eggs a bit before though. I'll need to work up to raw egg over rice slowly.

I don't. I love the raw texture over hot rice, especially if you get eggs with a really rich yolk. I'm drooling thinking about that. Lol

That sounds good. I like to make a soupy scramble then use quick cook oats to absorb all grease and liquid. I cook for a couple minutes then add eggs and scramble.

This is a good way to change up the texture of eggs. It also stretches the eggs. Haven't been doing this very much because I'm getting 6-7 eggs per day from my hens.

Interesting! That sounds good, too!

Brown ground beef with homemade taco seasoning, scramble in eggs, add salsa, avocado, and cheddar cheese ๐Ÿ˜‹

Scrambled. Hold the beef.

I pan cook a whole pack (1 lb i think) of this good regenerative ground beef/organs seasoned with garlic and whatever else.

Then whatโ€™s left after the first meal goes in the fridge, and later i throw some in a mini cast iron with a bit of tallow first, and then crack in/mix around a couple of eggs

Iโ€™m not carnivore or keto so i usually have some greens or quinoa or roasted veggies with it too

I like using taco seasoning. I crack eggs in with the taco meat and try to leave the yolk runny. I add cheese, salsa and cabbage when plating

Beef patty in oven. Eggs scrambled in previous meal's beef drippings. Salt and pepper very liberally. Repeat every day

That is a stack of heaven right there๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘Š

We eat mostly tartar steak, raw beef if it's ground ๐Ÿ‘€ Raw yolks mixed in with salt, pepper and paprika spices. Or mixed like this formed in balls and fried. But I'm not a fan of cooked ground meat, somehow it's never as good as just steak. I'll gladly read some tips here.

I really need to try making fried meatballs and have them with marinara ๐Ÿ˜‹

I need to figure out the best way to make Hamburg/tartar steaks in a way that I like. I think having a good sauce and stuff on the side is the key. Or just add cheese and put it on bread ๐Ÿ˜‚

Well, I eat it just like this straight from a bowl, but I'd eat a horse if it stopped prancing around.๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜… We czechs spread tartar with those yolks etc and some garlic on fried/toasted sourdough bread. That's great. Good meat needs no sauce. As for hamburgers, that never really got me. Even if it's good, it's honestly meh.

I started using pork rind crumbs for making meatballs and 'rinding' fish. This is a good keto option for a binder in meatballs

Found this in the breading section at the grocery store

Forgot. First meal of day is same beef patty, but instead of cooking the eggs, throw em in a blender (raw) with some raw milk and occasionally a banana

Eggs - fried over hard in butter.

Ground beef - 1/3 parts beef mixed with 2/3 parts ground pork and Kinders Organic Woodfired Garlic seasoning to taste, pan fried in its own fat.

I like adding my choice of hot sauce to each, but YMMV

Eggs: tender omelette with bell peppers and shallots.

Ground beef: put it in a time machine, ungrind it, and since it probably wasnโ€™t steak to begin with, have a nice beef stew made with red wine and rosemary.

Thatโ€™s cheating. Your favorite ground beef is formed into a burger from https://www.farmersdaughterwv.com

Burgers (because eating a high volume of burgers is easier than a giant bowl of ground beef for some reason)

โ€ฆtopped with over easy eggs (cooked in tallow or butter)

Salt, pepper, cumin, hot paprika, and hot sauce

Fryed with butter

I usually just make one big half pound to a pound patty with salt. Then I scramble 4-6 eggs in the grease from the patty.
